some  of you  know  about  the rumor that got started years ago   it was of a  sexural natural  that been going for years

it start up   again i know  people are told this are not welling to tell me that they was told this so i can go to my boss about this

what can i do

Just go to your boss anyway and let him know about your concerns that a disturbing rumor is being circulated about you and what it is all about.

And that you don't know who is starting / encouraging it but lack of any response on the part of the employer once given notice could be seen as being part of the harassment.

i did  go to my management  now 2  times  once years ago  and  just few days ago  but  i trying to get  Witnesses  to back up my story

one did tell me but the other  did not add ment to him being told

I'm not sure what your boss or even the police can do about a rumor that isn't part of a concerted effort to get your fired or an actual police report.  The boss can certainly tell the employees to stop spreading the rumor, but it's not going to do much.  The best thing you can do is to take steps to corroborate your activities while you're at work in the event an accusation is actually made.

I would try to get the details from you, but that might be to much to ask.. of you. idk Talk to your supervisor if it's a work thing, and if the other person involved actually feels that way you do have things to worry about.. If not and the other person involved knows the rumors are bullshit get with them to help you squash these rumors before it screws up your reputation beyond repair.

this rumor  was made years ago  but just got started up again  so there  to get to back up

The details don't really matter at this point. What matters is if there is actually another person that feels you've sexually harassed them. If it's just bullshit rumors, and theres no actual people that feel you have sexually harassed them that's great. Make that known.

OK.  So, how did an old rumor get started up again?  Don't just say "I don't know;"  try to think of any specific events or circumstances that are concurrent to the rumor's reemergence.  Did you get into a fight with someone?  Are you working with someone that has shown disdain or otherwise has expressed dislike for you?  Was there a recent change in management and/or policy?  It's important that you identify the impetus for this vicious behavior.

it started some time around 2011 -2012

it was part of campaign trying  to get me to quit  but i did know about it until 2014-2015

i dont know why it got started back up yet

not really  i worked at frist company they lost contracted for building we clean  and  i  got grandfathered  for the current  company i was not only one that got grandfathered in to  the current company

This must be a pretty bad rumor since you are so uncomfortable giving us the details.

I really can't release the info it doesnt feel right. Don't worry about it though Ghostrek just try to find coworkers and people that can vouch for your credibility on that...

because if someone from the opposite sex was able to use this against you and they think their story will be taken more credibly than any defense you come up with they might try. You should be able to defend yourself if you get accused. I'm just saying that you should be ready and cognizant.

Stupid... outside of the prison system I don't think a good case can be made against you for that even if it is true. They should have acted when it happened if they wanted you to get legal consequences anyway.  Idk I hope people don't put two and two together from this, just wow... Nothing substantial in this crazy world we live in if you ask me. 

Carry on. Just know ghostrek that even though there was no one else involved....X

The p.m. should've said that... You could be charged of a crime if someone was able to testify that you did infact do that.
