Honestly can't get with the loaded fries. I used to like BK fries when they were unsalted. I'm into the fried potato with few frills.

I thought it was a breakfast casserole when I looked at it, my sister makes that for Christmas sometimes. It's like an omelette on top of hashbrowns... So good. I remember her having some difficulty with it, but rest assured eggs can be baked.

Oh, here's a thing we used to call "those good potatoes" when we were kids. You make a good sized pan of fried potatoes and onions and season it with a packet of 4 seasons (?) zesty italian dressing mix. It's so damn good.

I'm the opposite. I'm not a huge french fry fan. But I will kill bacon cheese fries. Not the garbage with the cheese sauce though. I hate Cheese Whiz and the like. But homemade ones are great for me. And with the bacon and the cheese, I don't have to add any salt to them.

I have been burned by it too many times. Not literally, just disappointed. I have tried the cheese sauces and just don't care for them. We had a Checker's here and I got some sort of burger there once, and they put that sauce on it. I didn't know it came on it, and I was expecting regular cheese. It took me by surprise and was awful. 

I guess I could handle it on nachos, but not on a burger. And I had the same experience with fries once. Ordered cheese fries and that's how they came. I don't know. I just prefer melted shredded cheese.

Bacon gives me mad heartburn. I have been using jowl bacon as a substitute. It doesn't give me heartburn really. But I was out of jowl, so I had to use the regular stuff. 

But if I'm out of all pork, cheese fries are still awesome.

I have a giant bag of fried in the freezer that I'm never going to use. 

We started making our fries. Got them perfected now. McDonald's doesn't have shit on our fries.
