100% bullshit. I checked the Michigan Legislature records from 2017/18 and found one instance in 2017 of legislation that had internet filtering, it had to do with schools and it didn't make it out of committee.

See I was gonna call bullshit too...no state would block websites to general citizens within their borders...it would be front fucking page news...like when Russia did it to their citizen...protests fucking everywhere

well after I actived my vpn it worked so maybe my provider did it who knows
