It's 110 here. But dont worry, I'm not here to actually discuss anything; just here to win the imaginary heat measurement competition.

It's not a competition.... I just hate the heat and kind of want to get in my vehicle and drive north until I find none face melting heat

It was 96 here. I went to the store and bought ice cream and I literally felt like I was in The Transporter or something trying to get it home before it melted.

I learned long ago to buy ice cream from the store in the summer because if I attempt to buy a cone from anywhere and make it home it turns into a giant mess

Yeah, Summer Girls. With the immortal line, "I like girls who wear Abercrombie and Fitch."

Side note, my phone's predictive text knew Abercrombie as soon as I typed the first r. 😄

I've never shopped there

I'm more of a Kohl's type person where I can buy 5 pairs of shorts for the price of one at Abercrombie

But seriously though, I've had desert dwellers passing through here saying that the humidity is intolerable. Doesn't mean I think I want to bake in 110 degree heat with a 10% relative humidity.

The heat index at 4:00 this afternoon was about 107, though.

We should all move somewhere that it doesn't go above 80 during summer. We can take our towns and push them somewhere else.

Eh, for me personally, the dry heat is worse than that swamp heat I had back home. Never had to keep a bottle of water on my person at all times in Bama.

That's where that's from?

It pops into my head sometimes but I didn't know where the hell I heard it from

Try going to a beach in North America, it won't be too hot in October. 😛
