Doom Metal Alchemist Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 Yep. Being an introvert sucks. 1
Poof Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 I’m always seeking ppl out but sometimes I supplement w/internet connections too much and it becomes isolating which is the opposite of what I was trying to do.

SwimModSponges Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 Eh, i get the majority of my socialization at work. Its great because i can check in and chat with folks, but i can always excuse myself because theres always like 8 other things that need to get done.
Chapinator_X Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 Nah, at most, I have to push myself into attending family events or traveling far distances. If there was a social group a mile or two away, I'd be there no prob, especially if there was food.
nameraka Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 i used to then i stopped trying to make myself miserable by being something i'm not. 1
Vamped Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Sometimes... but I don't feel alienated. I'm an introvert, too many social things back to back makes me exhausted. Even listening the old ladies at work talk to me is tiring. 1
Ginguy Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Sometimes yeah, which makes my job difficult at times. I have gotten better at it though, so I guess that is a benefit of my job.
