The wild makeup might throw a few people, but when you see the rest of her, you'd know she can at least dance in an over 21 night club. That's my rant. When you listen to her rant, she didn't have a state or federal issued I.D. card as required by the CCC and DGE. County cards don't cut it. Bear in mind that the New Jersey MVC does issue state approved I.D. cards for about $30. Dreads, when done properly, are a solid way to deal with hair that may be difficult to deal with otherwise. Her dreads are clean, straight and maintained. I should also point out that lots of people multi-braid their hair for other purposes. That used to be a big thing to do in my high school if you were in sports because it kept your hair off your face and allowed better air flow around your face and neck so you wouldn't overheat.
