It’s definitely not a dogwood. I know them, and they aren’t blooming yet. These have pinkish white blossoms like disco said. I’ll get a better picture tomorrow of the blossoms and bark!

I have three of them and they’re beautiful. I have no fucking clue what they are or how/when to prune them though. Who is our resident botanist? Arbor Day enthusiast? Let’s become a gardening club.

Today is my last day as a single lady. Lets party.

There’s an abandoned unofficial truck stop a few miles up the interstate from here. It got shut down in the 90s cause the truckers kept fucking each other in the woods.

I love a fresh hairball to start the day. It’s a shame you couldn’t have stepped in it on the way to the bathroom. That’s my favorite way of finding hairballs.

I’m sure there are plenty of those around here without my help.

Those guys are scary af. The males carry the eggs around on their backs. It’s kind of sweet.

That’s what I’ve heard. Stink bugs suck. I read an article recently that said a large portion of their population died during the polar vortex this year, so that’s good news (though doesn’t change much for me since it didn’t get really cold here for very long.)

I like insects so much, but I cant live with them in large numbers.

I can’t see shit in the dark.

It finally stopped raining long enough to get out in the yard this past weekend. Did a bunch of weed pulling and brush clearing. This yard hasn’t been tended in years and is ROUGH, but I’ve got a little garden spot that’s ready to be tilled and another spot ready for my chicken coop. 👌🏻 Come up here and show me your ways. 😅

I have a few on my face that I’ve had my whole life. I have a love/hate relationship with them. I just dread doctors in general. Plus, scars on my face almost seem worse than a mole. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Good luck with your boobies! I’ll take what you’re getting rid of. Lol

I need some moles removed

I just want my packages to be delivered to my house instead of my neighbor’s. I know the gps is wrong. It’s not my fault emergency services changed the addresses of private drives and, for some reason, that leaves me with four different addresses that have been/are still used, none of which are consistently delivered to. There is one correct address. We’ve changed it with the post office and mortgage company and utilities and everything we can think of to make sure everything is nice and uniform cause it’s goddamn madness. Still, despite being the ONLY HOUSE ON THE ACTUAL ROAD, my shit gets delivered to the trailer park at the bottom of the hill ON A DIFFERENT ROAD. We’ve put up signs. We’ve labeled the mailbox. Why is my real address not a valid address? Why do I just fall into the fucking mail void? ARGHHH. I just want my bath and body works stuff without having to talk to a lady whose name is eerily close to the word “Chandelier.”
