free bleed in the ones without bears I did some research for an anthropology class and thats what women in South America did. They literally sat in dark caves and free bled into holes without food because women were "unclean" while they menstruated

Thats the wonderful thing about living alone. Im still trying to slip into the Xmas spirit but its so stressful at work, im just ready for it to be over. I keep trying to go to these Xmas events around town but I keep coming up with excuses.

Im sure counselors in general dont really have their shit together My professor said that counseling is 2 people on a mountain, the counselor isnt necessarily higher on the mountain or more experienced, they're just able to see your struggles from a different perspective and help guide you around obstacles
