I think Sasuke is stronger than Naruto but Sasuke also got the benefit of significant plot armor just like Naruto. He doesn't have the benefit of the tailed beasts but he's got all the potential of having all the visual prowess of the Uchihas, help from Orochimaru and Itachi. He even gets the rinnegan. Hell even Naruto and the kages help Sasuke by not going after him seriously. When he tried to take Killer Bee on and got his dick knocked in the dirt, he could've been ended right there. If anything, Id say Sasuke got into Harvard on an academic scholarship and merit for being a minority but he's not paying his own way with 3 jobs.
