Because it's not this one. As the plaintiff, Vic must demonstrate preponderance of the evidence that the plaintiffs knowingly uttered false statements against him with the deliberate intent to harm him, or that the plaintiffs actively conspired to do so. This is basic truth.

No, that's not how it works. The onus is on the plaintiff to prove that the statements made were deliberately false and caused damage. The burden of proof is on Vic's team. And stop repeating alt-right bullshit. The "jelly bean thing" was not remotely the only incident in question.
