I think everyone got tired of seeing the repetitive "What are your favorite ________?" threads every time someone new came to the Pod. It may have led to some babblers jumping on and chasing away new blood. It wasn't the new person's fault, but after seeing it again and again can get tiresome. With hardly any new blood, everyone turned on each other.
Yeah, that and I am the greatest _________ ever sort of stuff, just look at the majority of zeni threads. He seemed to be the only one on Babbling, but IB seemed to have dozens of people doing that.
Suuuuurrrrreeeee it did. It wasn't just that though, a lot of the threads seemed to be about self promotion. Pod6 had some of that, but not nearly as much.
Seemed like everything I watched was pushed to after midnight ct, so they could show crappy live action stuff. I guess that, despite having a CNWest, they still had to cater to the WC on the East channel.
I didn't post in IB because it was 100% derp. Seemed like I'd look over there, come back to Babbling, go back to IB a minute later and all the previous topics were on the next page.
It's been awhile since I've gone to a theater, but my guess is that it will begin with a bunch of commercials, then trailers, followed by a long list of every production company ever created.
Very cool "old school" equipment on Crow. Getting flashbacks of Esposito in net, except for the Helmet/Mask. The team is even wearing the Hull/Mikita era sweaters.
Dumped Linkedin about a year after I joined, kept getting spam at work from companies trying to hawk their product. They completely misunderstood my job title. Now it's changed and I'm still getting spammed by the same companies.
No, Old Testement says not to work on the Sabbath, not Sundays. Jesus followed the tenets of the Jewish Religion and their Sabbath is Saturday, the seventh day of the week.
You didn't know? Alice has/had a lot of Hollywood & Music industry friends.

Not so sure about the not being able to sense disasters. We have more distractions, perhaps. A cacophony of sensorial data for our minds to sift through. I think that our ability to sense things just gets drown out. Some of it is still there, ever feel like you're being watched or that something just isn't right? A "gut feeling" about something that all other senses seem to indicate are fine? That, I think, is the sense you're referring to, just muted.
Probably doesn't need repair. It was falling apart when they fixed it the last time. The original was only an advertisment for a subdivision, the celebs & others contributed for a more permanent structure.
"For the Government, a front-bench spokesman said the Agricultural Tariff would have to be raised, and he fancied a bit. Futhermore, he argued, this would give a large boost to farmers, him, his friends, and Miss Moist of Knightsbridge."
