The thing is, the expense of doing it - to what end? Just for shits & giggles? There's a site that claims they've "solved" the video, but then they offer no proof of how any of it was carried off.

I can only think of 2 ways to make it work. Fine wire from the ceiling with a hook of sorts under the papers - pulled very quickly. No visible indication of wire or hook device. Or using a remotely triggered cannister of compressed gas under the papers that shoots the papers in the air - no sign of any gas (moisture, like you might find with compressed air).
