  1. But Cleese reposted on FB.
  2. Loved wearing contacts. But the need to carry both sunglasses and readers coupled with allergies pretty much ruined them for me. I've still got around 3/4's a years worth of disposables from 4 years ago.
  3. Been up since 6:30 am, time is now 10:40 am - phone battery at 100%. Yes, I'm not on it very often other than to check notifications, but by this time my Sam 7 Edge would be at about 80%.
  4. To quote a post from reddit - For the first time in Vegas Knights history, the Blackhawks have won a playoff game.
  5. Agree with the other posts. I've never rented a phone, always opting to buy it outright. I became disgusted with the planned obsolescence and this time bought a subsidized (under $200) Moto G Power through Google Fi. Does everything I need and I've yet to drop below 90% battery life in a day.
  6. Been wondering about this - and so has NBC apparently. https://www.nbcsports.com/chicago/blackhawks/how-blackhawks-are-trying-stay-positive-despite-postseason-high-12-iron-shots
  7. He "only sold flowers". But that's not the droid you're looking for, is it?
  8. Would you like some tea? Or how about a few mystery seeds?
  9. Sorry, they're already in an envelope addressed to the local USDA office. I missed the import code on the label, indicating they came from China via the Solomons. I find it hard to believe that this is all a "brushing scam", considering that all of the US & Canada have received stuff.
  10. "Mystery Seeds" from the Solomon Islands! I feel so special! Ours look like Dill seed, but slightly different.
  11. Depends on the future dystopia. Maybe it will go the "Max Frost" direction. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0063808/
  12. They didn't used to. The USIOC didn't allow paid pros in the Olympics. That's why the '84 "Miracle On Ice" was so cool. The USSR pretty much used the cream of the Russian Red Army team (being paid as 'soldiers') and the US fielded a bunch of (at the time) nobody kids who only hoped to play in the NHL.
