  1. Matthews, Hootie, Pearl Jam... Maybe I should just change the subject to "Bands tsar finds torturous"?
  2. Hey, anybody that looks like he could be playing for Skynyrd is ok by me. 😄
  3. Actually, the real morons are in Crook County. At one time, they hit upon the brilliant idea of selling all the fecal material from the Chicago waste processing facilities to the farmers downstate (C-SELM). They figured the farmers would be all to happy to buy it too. The people downstate told them what they could do with it.
  4. I only liked Matthews when he appeared on "House" and played Boomtown Rats "I Don't Like Mondays". I find his singing & music annoying. And it wasn't just on the town, it was on a tour boat.
  5. Well, to take digs at my posts, the obvious conclusion is that you feel yours are somehow superior.
  6. The majority are beholden to Speaker Madigan, who really calls (called?) the shots. You crossed Madigan, even if you were a Dem., you'd find yourself gerrymandered out of your district. He's currently suspected of being "Public Official A" in a Fed Investigation.
  7. I'll assume you're referring to the "F*n Golden". Blagojevich, the most recent ex-con Governor.
  8. While your posts, to quote another Illinois Governor, are "F*n Golden"? HAHAHAHAHAHA!
  9. Has to start in a lower court somewhere. You're one of those, aren't you? "We don't like bullying and name calling, you damn hillbilly!"
  10. Important enough for you to comment though.

  12. Gov. was told he could only have a 30 day extension, then he'd have to get the Legislature involved. He has since extended it beyond the 30 days without involving the Legislature.
  13. Prior to becoming governor, it came out that he'd had all the toilets pulled out of one of his mansions (during a rehab) before having the tax assessment done. The house was deemed "uninhabitable" and the taxes were lowered around $350K (paid after it was caught). After the assessment, at least one of the toilets were replaced so they could live there. It's being re-investigated now, due to things going on with Speaker of the Illinois House Mike Madigan. And there's more stuff like this coming out of the woodwork - https://www.wbez.org/stories/gov-pritzker-defends-appointee-with-family-ties-to-key-figure-in-comed-scandal/e951611f-dce9-4d1a-975c-f6d477a21221
  14. Sorry if you're butthurt.
  15. Guess I just have higher standards.
  16. I'd question the mental capacity of any female that would listen to that crap.
  17. More like our billionaire governor is a jerk & used to getting his way.
  18. I'm explaining to my Mom today about this band (that I never liked) tour bus that dumped their septic tank as they passed over a bridge in Chicago. I couldn't remember what band, so I looked it up. It was Dave Matthews Band - and today is the 16th anniversary of when it happened (8/8/2004). I didn't know that when I brought it up. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2004_Dave_Matthews_Band_Chicago_River_incident
  19. Governor ordered to appear before a downstate Judge. https://www.nbcchicago.com/news/local/chicago-politics/judge-orders-pritzker-to-appear-in-court-amid-contempt-accusations-report/2318710/
  20. I'm betting on random Chinese seeds.
  21. They can't sue. See: Good Samaritan Law.
  22. Which is why mine will be filled first.
