Didn't you say something about seeing a therapist? That would be a more appropriate person to ask. Also, if you tell your therapist that you're contemplating suicide, I'm pretty sure that they can move your appointment up.

Neither does posting here. If you're genuinely considering suicide, call the hotline - you need help that you're not going to get here. If you're not genuinely considering suicide, get professional help anyway - you sound pretty depressed, which can warp not only the way you see yourself, but the way you think you're seen by others.

Call your primary and get a referral. They should be able to hook you up with somebody who pars with your insurance. You'll probably have to see the primary to establish first; the referral can be done at that appointment, although I can't guarantee that it will.
