I think that those are one of the gifts that you get when you join AARP (along with a handy pill organizer and an attractive fanny pack), so sometime after 55. (Haven't joined, so can't actually confirm.)

Hey mothers, are contractions the most painful thing you ever experienced?

Post-op gas. I have taken care of women who've had kids and kidney stones; all of them told me that kidney stones were a lot worse. -

What's the weirdest song you've ever heard in a porn video?
mthor replied to Skiles's topic in Free-For-All
Who listens to the music? (I'm usually concentrating on the dialogue.) -
I used to watch that with my kids back in the day...between that & having Gargoyles on Disney, I can have 90's flashbacks.

The recorders are not as bad as I'd feared, but the music teacher makes up for it.

You're a bullshit artist, but it's not going to work in this case. Good luck.

Don't tell me what to do. You got an answer didn't you? Been there. Not a good feeling. I don't trust you, Zeni, but I don't wish any harm on you, either, and I'm not kidding about the meetings. If you can prove - not just say, but prove- that you're making an effort to be sober, you're going to have a better chance of getting and staying on a transplant list. Whether it be through AA or some other recovery program, your odds are going to be better if you can demonstrate that you're actually making an effort to change what got you to this point. Yeah, you're not drinking now, but odds are you're also generally sicker than a pig now, too. The powers that be need to know that you're not going to just go back out and start drinking again once you feel ok.

You know, a lot of AA groups are doing zoom meetings now.

Ok, from the heart here, don't write a novel. Not now. When I'm depressed, and I try to do something monumental or new, and I fail, it just makes me feel worse. What does help is doing smaller and/or more familiar things well. Maybe write some original short stories, maybe a couple of new video scripts (hint hint😉)...baby steps, ghostie. Accomplish a few smaller things, and feel better about yourself first.

They're not bad, but but then again, the prion that causes mad cow disease is found in neural tissue.

No,that would be down a bit lower, like just above your hip bone. And your gall bladder's on the right...sorry, friend, I'm out of suggestions. Hope it lets up.

Is it low enough to be a kidney stone?

It wasn't Covid. It was Betty White. There can be only one.

Are you on any other medications?

I'm watching a movie Canadian bacon and I have one question
mthor replied to ghostrek's topic in Free-For-All
So what is the question? -
What day do you think it is?

Look, the fridge is busted, and I've got nitro sweating all over the kitchen table. You will take what I give you and be happy with it.

You mean like flakes of dried bleach sprinkled on clothes or liquid bleach spilled on clothes and allowed to dry? Are we doing this on purpose, or is this something we have done and are seeking an explanation for? Or is this a hypothetical exercise? Are we seeking knowledge, or are we bored? So many questions...
