Actually for these purposes, black coffee would be really good. But only black. No sugar, no cream. I learned to love black coffee. I've since stopped because i have stomach issues but now i miss it.

One time at work I had to lift two rolling barrels filled with crushed glass into our glass containment bins. Looking at our paperwork, we had about 600lbs of glass on hand and all of it was in those two rolling barrels. I will never ever do anything that stupid again. I don't know how i didn't competely destroy my back.
