i admit we have been taking the easy way out recently by just buying pre-cooked rotisserie chickens but a few chickens and turkeys have been spatchcocked in years past and i will also admit that that probably started because of the word "spatchcock"

i dunno about anyone else, but the prep for spatchcocking does save like hours on the cooking part also hot damn this reminded me that i am very very hungry and need to go out to scrounge up dinner

the other thing that makes washing dishes less shitty is a dishwasher

that's a really good mentality i closed in september or october and moved in during the week between christmas and new years. i put a ton of things off in that two month period and it still looks like i just moved in.

congratulations! just don't do what i did and barely do any of that prep before moving, even if it feels like you can worry about it later

yeah i picked the worst week to go there and see friends this summer. can't imagine what the air is like further south right now though. on the flip side, it is snowing here.
