it's referring to the stereoscopic 3D slider; it's not enabled for this game unlike say New Super Mario Bros. 2 (which was also a sidescroller)

If you want to start getting people together, go for it. I don't think streaming is integral to making it a regular thing - I think you can set ssbu lobbies to hold up to eight people. All it takes is someone to say "hey let's play on x night, I'll set up the lobby" and then for people to play. Extra things like streaming are secondary.

I only got through the first two pages of the nine pages of the ASMB club, in part because it's tedious as fuck with a 20 second flood timer between requests, and because I ctrl-c copied something else and it overwrote the stock message I had in my clipboard.
