It had a very shitty release too where they split it into three parts, and then the 1st part (the only good one) ended up going out of print before Part 3 even came out. Then when you actually wanted to get the whole series, they make it available only through some stupid ass lunchbox, which I assume is to make fun of the fact that it's Baccano for 12 year olds.
I've seen clips of the short on Instagram and it looks well-done enough that I wasn't sure if it was a Pixar short or something they played at the movies.
