It's easy if you're using the curry blocks for the roux. Making your own or using a thousand ingredients, however, is where it gets tricky. I recorded all of Sojiro's secret ingredients, and I have a hard time believing theyre ALL used in his curry. I know grated apple, chocolate, and honey work well from experience, but steak sauce and red wine don't sound they'd work well with any of the sweeter ingredients.

Stews are easy to make though. Just brown the meat after it's coated in flour, throw the rest of the ingredients in the pot, and let it boil.
