Yeah, don't blame the computers, I'm sure they'd be perfectly capable to download those PDFs without Vamped's company's security policies. Kind of weird to not allow downloading of PDFs. Is download anything in general disabled? Because it seems a lot more files types can be a security risk before PDFs.

Really there are no hard and fast rules. Musical "rules" are just social constructs determined by culture. Western music is always taught to consist of these notes and nothing more: A A# B C C# D D# E F F# G G# (substitute flats for sharps where appropriate). In many Eastern cultures, music consists of many more notes than just those. The point being, there really are no rules, except where dictated by what particular culture, but rules may differ from culture to culture. And even within those specific cultures, you find many artists who break these rules regularly.

I actually have this opinion about how food products are marketed to have "all natural ingredients." If you go back far enough, even those complex synthetic chemicals have all their roots in natural ingredients.

Really any sound can be music. A more traditional musical instrument, let's say a trumpet, still has to go through tremendous manipulations by man to be rendered from a hunk of metal to a musical instrument that creates harmonious sounds. I view guitar distortion as no different.

Called "Throne of Bones". Caught the end of it this morning. Normally I don't give this show too much attention, but I want to see this one from the beginning. It's kinda funny, but there was a much earlier episode where Robin is battling one of their nemeses, some kind of punk rocker or something, and he strikes chords on an electric guitar that send destructive sound waves... Robin says something like, "The only way to fight terrible music, is with more terrible music! Teen Titans GOOOOOOOOOO!" And that "GO" would've fit nicely in the power metal genre. I guess the most effective way to fight punk rock is with power metal... or progressive rock.

It's been that way for a ba-zillion years, but I think AS is starting to turn a corner with Rick and Morty, Mike Tyson Mysteries, and Ballmastrz 9009. This week I've even seen one of those 4:00 AM fake infomercials that hella cracked me up. It was a parody of the Jim Carrey movie Liar Liar. Normally those 4:00 AM slot shows do nothing for me.

I disagree, this is one of his least cringe-worthy ones I've seen.

I swear to god it seemed like it last night. My Internet kept getting disconnected for a few seconds at a time and my downloads would all have to be restarted because of that. In the back of my mind, I was like, "I wonder if my ISP is doing this to us on purpose to get us to upgrade..."

Usually if I have a cold while being a student, I'll go to school sick. One time I went to work with a cold too. Now if I'm sick to the point of throwing up, then I'll stay home.
