I think the idea behind studying ancient viruses in a semi-controlled environment [aka before they have a chance to re-invade the world en masse due to permanent defrosting ] is some of them are the basic bitch of more modern viruses so figuring out how to take apart the simple one will help us figure out how to pop the modern ones. Then again, it's just a matter of time before they reanimate mutant dino measles because you can't be sure of what you are playing with until you've identified it.

Not going to lie, I would probably toss a quarter into a gas station slot machine just for the novelty of a gas station slot machine but I'm not a gambler and would walk away after that whether it paid out anything or not. It would be like those claw machine games. I love those things but will only waste one try and only if it looks like I can actually pull something regardless of what it is. My rant is I did indeed try it. I was at the store finally [ the apartment was snowed in for a couple of days ] and impulsed a Peep Pepsi since I wanted sugar water with my adulting groceries. It is literally the taste of a Yellow Peep that was dissolved in a bottle of Pepsi. You can almost taste the screaming and that's saying something since I have a tendency to nuke Peeps.

I think that particular pop-up only affected people who have the app on their phones/tablets. I never saw that particular pop-up on the desktop. The connections/protections on phones are falling apart fast because King Lego doesn't know what he is doing while firing everyone that does.
