  1. Doesn't matter. Getting them separated from their individual plastic wrap prisons can be considered exercise. And they are delicious.
  2. Damn straight. Discount chocolates are what's for dinner. And supper. And breakfast.
  3. I think I asked for the week of ValenCrimes off for a staycation. The purchasing of a box of candy is scheduled for the day after when it goes on sale.
  4. Don't let her out. She's probably in pre-heat and you'll end up with 6 more mouths to feed. They will be adorable but that doesn't matter because more kittens. Maybe pull the curtains away and tie one side back so she can look out with causing damage? I've done that with the living room here and sit up a bird feeder right outside the window so she has something to watch without the need to go outside.
  5. I'll trade you. I can't sleep very long even though I'm tired as hell.
  6. Urban Legends : 666 Absolutely True Stories That Happened to a Friend...of a Friend...of a Friend. - Thomas J. Craughwell Also rereading the entire Sorcerer Hunters manga series because I finally got the last three in the series.
  7. Around here, no thread is innocent. They are all concentrated evil just waiting to become Hot Topics.
  8. HI FRIEND!
  9. I'm such a hideous creature that very few photos of me actually exist. Bigfoot has more selfies.
  10. To be fair, the blue one [whatever the hell that was called] was pretty good and I like the throwback one although I'm pretty sure you can hear the cavities forming with every sip.
  11. Went to see about having a copy of 'The Art of the Venture Brothers' put aside for me at B&N when it comes in. Find out it's been pushed back yet again and now won't be out until July. I seriously had to ask if they meant July 2018. I was supposed to have a copy in my hot little grubbies last September. The video pimp for it was already out and everything. I'm blaming BrickFrog.
  12. She had way too much fun with that character.
  13. To me, it tasted like mountain dew without carbonation. Passable if there's nothing else at least.
  14. The people I've seen walked out of my store in handcuffs have been shoplifters trying to take off with anything and everything just because they think they can, getting busted, and more often than not having the cops find drugs and other crap on them in the process. Anytime someone gets bracelet walked out of the store [which isn't as often as it probably should be] , most of the local idiots steer clear of the store for at least a month. This isn't cheering because someone in a peaceful protest gets a baton and cuffed. This is some butt-clown who tried to shove a bunch of jewelry items and art supplies up their ass and then decided to take a swing at one of the assistants.
  15. You couldn't have read 'Tristram Shandy' that fast. I'd rather read 'War and Peace' in the original Russian than read that crap again. And I'd still read that faster than 'Tristram Shandy' in English. >.<
  16. There's something magical about seeing a Bracelet Walk.
  17. People say that about Laurence Sterne too. And if I could go back in time, I'd hide all his quills or force him to drink his own ink. Whichever worked.
  18. You never need to worry about electric blanket fires when you have kittehs. You just need to worry about kittehs who are blanket hogs in little fur coats.
  19. I'm so slowly doing that right now. Except I'm debating on popping in a Doctor Who DVD or just turning on cartoons, setting the tv timer and passing out under 7 blankets and a cat.
  20. Naw, if there's extra in the bowl when I leave on Wednesday, she tends to eat some and then goes back to the bed while the blankets are still warm and stays there the rest of the day. By the time she gets up and starts wondering when I'll get home, there's still food in the bowl so she finishes it and goes back to bed. If she could use the computer, she would be the ultimate IBer.
  21. Nope. Worse. North Dakota. We exported all the trees to Minnesota and all the hills to Montana in order to enjoy straight line winds straight from the frozen bowels of lowest level of hell in the winter and the same only more chili-acid-farty from satan's buttcheeks in the summer.
  22. Naw. Just had a 24 mph arctic gust in my face for the bulk of the walk. Tomorrow morning could be a balmy -44'F when I go back to work.
  23. Wah wah wah. I walked home in -35'F today. ~4 miles. I still can't feel my legs, Lt. Dan.
