  1. I thought there were Facebook groups that do that sort of thing. I know there are Craig's List swaps but never cared for. Try reading this for further ideas https://www.moneycrashers.com/unwanted-gift-cards-sell-trade-exchange/
  2. I smashed the crap out of a bottle ages and ages ago for the marble just because curiosity. I think I ended up giving it to the niecelette to use as a crystal ball with her Barbie collection.
  3. He got tired of people mocking his haircut. "Just wait until they see me now! They'll have nothing to mock me about when they see these turkey-sacks of jiggly awesome!"
  4. Just do what I do. Post cleavage.
  5. I like grape soda on occasion. Even Shasta wasn't able to completely ruin it. But watch out for the Casey's brand. I have no idea what type of coloring they use to get the purple but it does not break down properly during digestion.
  6. And then the dumbass's arms fell off in the middle of the night from an unfortunate roll-over that he didn't even realize because the nerves were pinched off.
  7. I remember watching that as a child. The amount of side-eye the electric organ in the living room got...
  8. Find the Blue Key.
  9. Enjoyed all the aspects of covid without actually getting it from a weirdly angry system reaction to the second shot. Still not any more or less magnetic than I was before and the 5G is total crap.
  10. Cat Fancy* at B&N. Sit in a corner facing people that are coming up the stairs and when they look around for a spot to sit, carefully hold the magazine sideways and slowly pull down the centerfold and stare intently. Keeps the entire area free of pesky humans. * also works with Popular Mechanics if they have a pull out thing going on.
  11. <.< >.> ALL OF THEM! Candy cigarettes...the 'new' version that has a cheap smear of chocolate in the center and not the old fashioned mint stick ones that you could slowly eat.
  12. EAT THE RICH!....CAKE!
  13. I'm usually indifferent. But I just realized that I now have holes in both my soles that are going to catch on things until I do a whole lot of stupid foot care crap that I don't wanna do. I just want to bubble bath and chill.
  14. Thought I just had holes in the bottom of my socks and was absentmindedly picking at them while reading the boards. Just realized the holes are in my socks and my feet and I was pulling skin off without even registering it. I really need a new pumice stone. -.-;
  15. IT DIDN'T GET OFF MAH LAWN!
  16. Looking at new things to add to my decor. Is this too much or too little? I have a spot for it.
  17. DQ closed their lobby due to staff issues [ which is understandable and they put a sign up so they were all on that ] but Wendy's had their lobby open for the first time in forever so fast food happened. Was the only person in the lobby, took a bit longer than it should have, figured at least I wouldn't have to make anything. Ended up with spicy chickie nuggs in the biggie bag and they've run out of their regular fries because these aren't the ones with the skin still slightly attached. Spicy nuggs make my stomach hurt. And everything got cold anyway because I'm kittensitting and the shy boy is having separation issues which require extra careful attention and lots of catnip. #first world problems
  18. Yeah, I actually tend to play the GameBoy game on the tv when possible because even with the light attachment / protective flip cover for the Advance [ yeah, I'm that kind of person ] it's easier to see on the big screen. I got the Super GameBoy cartridge for the SNES when that came out, have the GameBoy Cube attachment and the cord to attach the Advance directly to the Cube too if I want to use that as a controller. I think I can even attach the Advance to the Wii but it's been so long that I'm not sure if I'm just remembering when the Cube was in the living room instead of the bedroom. Damn straight!
  19. [ original Zelda, the ironically expensive Nosferatu, and Minish Cap for a quick crappy webcam snap ] That's what makes the boxes almost more than the cartridges themselves - most people throw the boxes because there's always something else to hold the main item in a smaller space like a little tote or disc case. For me, keeping things in boxes for as long as possible ensured that they hopefully wouldn't get destroyed if they had to be stored and would be easy to find. I also got the plastic cartridge containers for extra protection for those that didn't originally come with one already. The only game I have that doesn't really play right currently is Snood because I played the ever loving crap out of that so it now sometimes glitches out. Zelda I and II are currently sitting in the Advance and Ocarina of Time in the Cube. Kirby's Dream Collection is in the living room Wii. And it kinda worked. When a basement place I was living in after college was completely flooded and I had to rescue everything in the dark, I lost more original boxes than actual items. Lost the SNES box but still have the SNES.
  20. Original GameBoy - Looks like my original Gameboy is the most expensive since I still have the box and all at $233. I also have all the Mario and Wario Lands and Zelda : Link's Awakening still all with their original boxes. GameBoy Color - Pokemon Crystal $437. Zelda Ages and Seasons $178 and $200. Even Warioland is $120. GameBoy Advance - Actually did weirdly 'good' as far as choices with high price points. Original Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire are $241 and $227. Minish Cap is $210 for such an afternoon beater game. Golden Sun and Fire Emblem. Even Lady Sia. The ones that truly tanked are any and all Harry Potter ones. SNES - Super Mario World $844. Link to the Past $196. Zombies Ate My Neighbors is a surprising $155 in box. Nosferatu is frickin' listed at $332 with box. GameCube - Looks like the only thing that cracks a hundred is the GameBoy attachment with disc I got so I could play all the games possible on one system - $167. Wii - Everything I own is cheap trash. But it's my cheap trash. I went with the box prices but wouldn't expect to get the listed prices no matter how pristine things are on my end. But it's fun to check at least.
  21. The vaccine not only causes spoons to stick to your skin [ because no kid in the history of spoons has EVER done that before now ] but it also causes your blood to glow through your skin when you shine a blacklight on it. My vaccine was broken because only the skin around my veins glows under a blacklight and it did that before.
  22. It's possible but I wouldn't necessarily know immediately off the top of my head. Pretty much all the games and systems I've ever gotten over the years still have their original boxes and inserts if they were new which might still be considered highly collectible even if they've been opened and played. I take good care of my crap. And that includes original GameBoy games and the original GameBoy still with it's box and still functional.
  23. Absolutely. I need all the books! I probably have a couple of footlockers full at least to be honest of books and the entire set of physical Shonen Jumps American edition sans volume 0 which was a Comic Con thing or something. It's been a slowly growing hobby with me since the 90's when it was a bit harder to get things.
