Everytime I laid a bike down I was going way faster than 45mph and I walked away.....I wear all my gear, helmet law or not... The only time I got injured is some road rash on my left thigh because I was wearing jeans that day, but my helmet, jacket, and boots kept the rest of me safe... Unless someone hits you, you lay it down going 45 with full gear on and that's a crash you walk away from....it's crazy to assume the gear makes no difference when Motogp, AMA, and BMRC riders lay it down at over 150mph and manage to walk away
