Who was your favorite board disruption
SwimOdin replied to André Toulon's topic in General Discussion
I was on the ASMB for roughly two months before they made me a mod. So unfortunately for most of the time board-disrupters were something I had to deal with more than enjoy. I will say I enjoy the recent packard shitshow until I didn’t. -
Try a rage room?

Chuck E Cheese was awesome. We had a great time and there were so few people there. The Halo arcade machine is legit. Today was a 10/10 fantastic day that I really needed.

I’m taking my grandson to Chuck E Cheese because he got 100 points on his chore chart. Shitty pizza and bad arcade games here I come!

I’m feeling pretty down lately, and it feels like there’s only doom and gloom in any sort of news, so let’s change those vibes! Tell us some good news. Tell us something going on that you’re happy about. My best friend and his fiance just bought a townhome a block away from us. It’s going to be so good to have them living close again, we can pop in so easy that it feels like we’re neighbors. In fact they bought this place so they could be close to me and my wife. It’s a blessing. Tell me something good.

My wife and I at a local festival yesterday. I love her beautiful smile here. There were kids tap dancing on stage at the time.

They all look pretty good to really good, I’m excited for it to wreck my shot.

Should disinformation be protected by the 1st Amendment?

According to Brandenburg vs Ohio, it’s fine as long as the speech isn’t “directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action" So yes it is but it isn’t, because we can’t decide the legal definition of “facilitate” let alone anything else.- 35 replies

It’s wild because I thought the tariffs were already built in.

Consult ChatGPT, like they did.

I want Atlanta to make Kirk play all the preseason games. If you’d told me a year ago how much I was going to sour on him, I would’ve been shocked. -
I feel weirdly pessimistic about a product that’s not out and I was probably not going to buy. I was gifted a Switch, wasn’t planning on even getting it. I love Nintendo but I can’t do games that pricey, and their first party titles rarely drop in price, so I can’t even play the waiting game. Please, Bandai Namco, make Duskbloods just console exclusive.

Now seeing a lot of speculation that the game prices have the tariffs built in, and that makes sense, but it’s pricing me out regardless. Thanks Trump.

Whoa, none of the convenience of digital OR physical. NINTENDO CONTINUES TO INNOVATE
-
Looks neat, it’s the first time since basically the SNES that Nintendo made a new system without INNOVATION. Games are fucking $90, though. I will stick to portable PCs. Steam is cheap.

Wait, who has geder nutale!? I haven’t had that stuff in years.

She’s bonded well with the whole family and my grandson often wants her to sleep in his room after I told him cats can strike faster than snakes. He feels safe with her so it’s been really sweet.

It was pretty hairy here for an hour, but we got lucky and didn’t even lose power. I’m always expecting my roof to fly off.
