My sister works at a hospital in southwestern PA. Her hospital has a problem with bedbugs because many of the patients have destitute living conditions. Rural southwestern PA still doesn't compare to the worst of Appalachia, like eastern Kentucky and southern West Virginia. I don't think people realize just how bad it's gonna get in these places if the medicaid cuts pass. These are some of the deepest red regions in the country, and it is true: they will suffer the most from MAGA policies. A map for reference: the colors reflect poverty rates. My sister works in the light red county on the southern border of PA.

I watched The Apprentice, mainly because a Japanese minister calling Trump an extortionist recommended others to watch it. The movie really shows how Trump came to be what he is now. And the interesting thing is that the film has a similar effect to The Wolf of Wall Street; scumbags will be enthralled by Trump but most people will be able to see that he's garbage.
