I’m wouldn’t really consider myself a cook by any stretch of the imagination. But why are most of the best meals I make just shit I randomly came up with in the weirdness of my mind?

I found a recipe online and tweaked it a little to match my tastes and what I had available. Fried potatoes, ground beef, onions, peppers, Worcestershire and some spices. It was kind of like a casserole, but it was phenomenal.
