I think people are missing the important take-away here; "if I can make a show or two a year, and run some good stuff". DeMarco wants Toonami to be a content producing venue, as well as a boutique broadcast platform. Look at the bigger items they have done recent, FLCL Regressive and FLCL Alternative. Look at the big recent announcement; a Blade Runner anime. They aren't trying to fight netflix or hulu, they are trying to make original programming, which kind of cuts out streaming competition. Also, unless someone can actually post the exclusivity contract terms, anyone claiming toonami can or can't get show XYZ is full of bullshit.

Yeah, I know that goes. Sometimes I got plenty of cash, most of the time I have enough to meet expenses and still save. Tax time = poor Ginguy, and I pay all the dang time.
