  2. LOL They're broke worse than Viper's dick....
  3. They also have a pretty generous and early retirement. It is a tough sport, every once in a while people do get hurt badly. I hope Alex Smith recovers fully, but I don't know that he will, it looked pretty ugly. At the very least I hope he can recover use of his leg and general mobility, if he can't get back on the field.
  4. Yeah it is. Still, contact sport and all. They make it safer, not safe.
  5. It depends on how jagged the break is I suppose. If it is comparatively clean, they can put him back together. If it is a splintered mess, he is done.
  6. Damn, I just watched Alex Theismann get rocked. Ugly injury, I don't see him returning to the field honestly.
  7. UCF is losing...
  8. Can someone please train Nia Jax before she hurts another talented person.....
  9. Scores updated and Week 11 picks are up. Falcons, you lost to the Browns. That is bad and you should feel bad. Also

  11. Bummer. RIP
  12. Okay, you know what, if you actually signed a contract that restrictive, you kind of deserve it.
  13. Key words: in the workplace. Political speech is public discourse, and thus not "in the workplace".
  14. Private organizations cannot compel you to sign away enumerated rights.
  15. That still seems to be suspect. Unless it is a prohibition against donations to specific parties who are doing direct business it seems like a direct infringement on personal speech.
  16. What the hell is wrong with you....
  17. I can't see why they wouldn't let you volunteer. You might even be able to get the local branch some computers, look for older systems from your current employer and see if they will donate them. Also, the fact that political volunteering is subject to approval is grounds for a massive lawsuit. I mean massive, as in void just about any and all employee contracts, massive.
  18. Volunteer at a local library. I'm sure they would like to have you help out with any IT issues. You could also teach basic computer classes to senior citizens. Neither of these would violate your contracts with your employer.
  19. Its 35 here.
