I work from home sometimes, and sometimes I'm out in the field, sometimes out in meetings. It is kind of chaotic at times, but it isn't that bad. It really just boils down to getting up every morning, writing down a list of things to get done, and doing it.

Good for you. Talk to your union rep and see if they can find you a job someplace else, that is what they are there for. You don't want to go back to the same store because they will terminate for any even minor cause. The store doesn't want this to go to trial, so I'd expect a settlement, and fairly quick. If this manager was doing this to other employees, it can become a class action case pretty quick, so the store is going to want to limit discovery and settle. If the union can get you another job, and you get a nice settlement then I'd go that route, invest the settlement in a nice Roth IRA andmaybe buy a couple Chinese pervert games. Sorry to see this happen, but at least your union has your back on this.

Be professional. Give them the two weeks, if nothing else the clients you serve deserve having time for management to find people, adjust scheduling etc.. This is the kind of job where it isn't only you that is being affected.
