  1. I think most people picked Browns for their LOL. It is possible that the 49ers will fail enough to maybe tie if the Browns can manage a win or two. GOAT is a 4 way tie with Vikings, Eagles, Steelers and Pats. WTF? I wish I could get 40 mil a year to foul up attendance and advertising revenue. And unlimited health care for me and my family and a freaking unlimited lifetime private jet.

  4. When will BER be recognized for their outstanding contribution to pop culture.... Otherwise it will be Jay Z cursing like a racist drunk sailor. Meh.
  5. You don't need a pressure cooker for rice, any pot will do. Pressure cookers are great for making stock, and for making goulash.
  6. They'll draft a punter with the #1 pick, and then the front office will screw up the paperwork.... LOL Browns.
  7. I has allergies though.
  8. I don't have any stuffed animals or pets. I just have a couple awards and a fern. Maybe that's why I'm so grumpy.
  9. Thanks.
  10. It's true. I don't think I had any, at least not that I can remember.
  11. I don't have any. I never had any actually.
  12. Hmmm. I haven't seen the control panel beyond a couple screen shots on the support forum, but would it be possible to create "punishment" groups and assign problem users to those groups, as opposed to having to set a global solution to address one trouble-maker? For example, "Squelched" group that can only post in DF, or a "Slow Down Tex" group that has the one minute merge timer applied. That way, if people act out in certain ways that are detrimental but not really ban-worthy, they can be handled quickly without inconveniencing the community at large.
  13. LOL Did they even advertise they got BC before this week? I don't watch [as] save for Toonami and I don't recall seeing much in the way of ads. Despite that, it still did fairly well in key demo.
  14. All this love for the Manhattan is refreshing.
  15. Perhaps you can reach out to your sister and show her by example of your life that she doesnn't have to stay in a dysfunnctional house with a dickbag bf.
  16. Damn, you beat me to it.
  17. It is possible that you want some kind of closure, or that you want to see them in order to reconcile and begin anew. You are in a good place, which is important, and you are trying to reach out to your family, which is a good thing. Best of luck with this.
  18. Soup is a hug in a mug. (I always have tomato soup in a mug.)
  19. That's been my go to for a long time. Lately though I've been having a Manhattan when I go out. I'm trying to bring it back.
  20. That sounds good. I just checked my pantry, I have a ton of tomato, a couple of French Onion and one lone New England Clam Chowder. I also found some ground pork in the freezer, so I'm gonna make a quick stir-fry with some left over cole slaw mix for dinner I think. Soup tomorrow for lunch.
  21. Possibly. They are a national chain, and if you have a local Best Buy it is a good chance. Other options might include Wal-mart and Radioshack.
  22. My go to is Bombay Sapphire and tonic with lime in a short glass. I don't do that nearly as much as I used to though.
