About three week ago some concerned citizen were out protesting the location of the "voteing" centers.
I shook my head and left. I didn't have the heart.....
I did.
Russian teacakes (Mexican wedding rings) are great cookies. The trick is waiting just long enough for the first coating of confectioner's sugar to melt onto the cookie like a glaze, then cooling enough to have the second and third layers remain powdery and white.
And not eating them all while you are supposed to be waiting for them to cool.
I got a hankering for munchos. I don't know why, they are way too salty for me, but I kind of want some.
I think I might bake some molasses drop cookies.
What is that, a contest show?
Those are so cheap, gah. Cooking shows used to be about people actually cooking, you know, you could watch it and be able to make that recipe. Now it is all drama or travel crap.
You can make your own caramel corn like that pretty easily. You could even use ice cream caramel sauce and chocolate syrup, and just stick it in the fridge to firm up.
Here is an abusively biased Politico story about it.
Basically, Trump trolled Palm Beach.
Yeah yeah smart ass.

I think not.
I went there and got some Harvest Blend salad. I figured I'd have that with a nice simple sesame grilled chicken breast, nice meal.
That salad was full of trash. I blew five bucks on that and it tasted like lawn clippings. I could have easily gotten fresh lettuce and done the work myself for half the cost. They just put pumpkin in front of everything, news flash, pumpkin cornbread croutons taste like awful.
