for sitting and movement meditation with a group of local BIPOC folks.
The opportunity to sit and be with myself (basically the entire quarantine) was pretty terrifying - like wow, this body is in a lot of pain and I'm not really doing much about it. But during a long 10 minute session, I felt more rested and focused. Still, I'm here distracting though.
Just thought it'd be nice to share in case people have done something similar or are struggling with being with themselves so intensely during the quarantine/shelter-in-place/corona shit.
