Have to do that with the autistic niece. 3 Quote
katt_goddess Posted Thursday at 01:25 AM Posted Thursday at 01:25 AM Crushing things up and putting it in juice like UwPp mentions will help with quicker absorption if it's pill. If it's liquid, reduce by half and take half immediately after a vomit attack while things are still reloading. Wait 10 minutes and if you haven't vomited again, take the other half. You might still puke but at least you'll have half already absorbed. 2 Quote

SwimOdin Posted yesterday at 02:48 AM Author Posted yesterday at 02:48 AM I’m home, they ran so many tests and said it’s just RSV. This is the devil’s anus of colds if that’s true. I feel so much better though, they pumped me full of stuff. So happy, I may even eat tomorrow. 4 Quote
scoobdog Posted yesterday at 03:07 AM Posted yesterday at 03:07 AM I head RSV could be wicked, but that sounds absolutely wretched. 1 Quote

Drink lots of clear liquids and feel better soon! Quote

PhilosipherStoned Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) first step might be to sip electrolyte solutions like pedialyte /liquid iv etc you can even try freezing it or making jello shots. Your stomach might be able to handle the jello easier. Edited 4 hours ago by PhilosipherStoned 1 Quote
SwimOdin Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago I'm doing way way better, haven't vomited today and I was able to eat and take meds. Thanks everyone for the advice and well-wishes! All good to know if there's a next time, so it doesn't hopefully get this far. 2 Quote
