Trump claims that Vance could run for president and make Trump his VP and then Vance would resign, giving Trump the presidency 

Who tells him this shit. I thought no one could be nominated for VP if they didn’t meet the requirements to be President. Example, Sanders couldn’t run for president in 2016 and make AOC veep because she was too young for office. Biden couldn’t stay in the race and tap Obama for VP and then resign. That’s ridiculous. Trump can’t be a VP because he can no longer serve as a President. It’s 2 terms. Fuckin clown. “No president can be elected to more than two terms” technically a VP is not elected, they are chosen, but in a sense they are elected because both are on the ticket when we vote in the GE.  Didn’t the Democrats get around primaries under that theory w Harris.  That she was elected in a primary already by way of Biden?

12th Amendment (last line) - "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States." *Superseded by section 3 of the 20th amendment.

20th Amendment (section 3) - "If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."

That’s what I thought he can’t be in the succession line because he can’t serve as president.  Idk wtf advises this clown

This shit definitely isn’t normal and I cannot wait for the fuckin clowns to come and explain how Musk and DOGE are great. Costing us more to run DOGE than any “savings” they’re actually finding. How wonderful it is that the GOP members of Congress can’t seem to abdicate their powers to Trump quickly enough. How it’s fine that Musk cancels every contract that isn’t owned by him and replaces it with his companies. Really I can’t fucking wait.
