How many steps do you take a day?

I average 14000 per day. It’s likely why I have Achilles tendinitis.

I just walk an absolute shit ton at work. Also, I pace.

I've busted at least 3 of those pedometers so I don't bother with them anymore.

I bike or walk everywhere possible. 

I've asked for a taser and a segway for work but so far, no luck.

How ever many steps it takes from my bedroom to the living room to the kitchen to the back porch oh crap forgot something in the bedroom to go back to the bedroom to forget what I forgot  to back to the living room and repeat.

idk are you looking at smart phone metrics or fitbit or what? I've never been one to count steps even when I was all army and shit.

Around 5,000-6,000 a day, 10,000 on a good day.

at work between 10,000-15,000 on average. outside of work? 1,000 maybe?
