Gave myself a fuckin headache going into deep thought about the Texans playing the Titans on the Titans throwback uniforms game. so now you got the Texans playing the Oilers but they weren’t the Tennessee Oilers they were the Houston Oilers and don’t the Texans represent Houston?  So were the Houston Texans playing the Tennessee Titans or the Tennessee Oilers or were they playing the Houston Oilers in Tennessee?

Actually, the Tennessee Titans became the Tennessee Titans in 1999. They first moved to Tennessee in time for the 1997 season and actually played as the Tennessee Oilers during the two seasons before the rebrand.

The Browns are a mirror team to the Jets. Same loss of QB and veteran players just like NY. Just goes to show that coaching is definitely as important as player quality. NYJ are gonna have a shitty 2024 cuz Woody already said he’s keeping Saleh and Douglas. Douglas I get keeping because he’s gotten pretty good players for the team. I blame Rodgers for a lot of the issues the team had.  Honestly think all the coaches and coordinators (except the Def coordinator) should be fired. They built a team around one guy and took his advice too much. Cobb Lazard Boyle Hackett all hired because of Rodgers. All haven’t done a fuckin thing good.

They did get an off sides though.  Still, I’m thinking the aggressiveness was a bit much and it would have paid off if the officiating crew hadn’t apparently misheard who was reporting as eligible.

After the second penalty they should’ve listened to wtf the Universe was sayin and just kicked the PAT.  That dude either not reporting as eligible or the official didn’t hear properly was a big fuck up. Unfortunately I think all the refs need to be miced up cuz Goff was pissed saying he heard the guy report himself eligible. They needed to be able to go back to the tape cuz it’s really shitty when the officiating ruins games like that.

“Misheard” more like paid the big bucks to conveniently go deaf temporarily. Usually they go temp blind. Temp deaf was completely new and not on my BINGO card.
