Favorite word? Or least favorite

I've been using boondoggle a lot lately.  It's fun to randomly insert into conversations. 

I've also gotten to the point that I cringe when anyone says literally. Learn a new adverb... like, literally.

I’m not sure I have a favorite word. I make up a lot of words to describe what I want to do or am doing.

It's unfair that "haberdasher" means such a specific thing because I want to use it more often. Sometimes I intentionally misuse it just so I can say it.
