Admin Posted November 3, 2016 Author Posted November 3, 2016 they weren't able to log in. well, a few weren't. the ones that could couldn't post. and the ones that could actually see the board said it was spotty. Like they could see everything, but some folders, if they clicked through they'd get kicked out again and have to re-log in. so it was - kind of a mess. good thing I didn't do a mass linking. Quote

Admin Posted November 3, 2016 Author Posted November 3, 2016 yeah that was happening to me a lot when I first made my SN (even as an admin) but yeah, I figured out that I have to set it when I log in. Or relog in as the case may be. Now I just automatically set it not to log me out. Quote

I added the FanFic thing becuzza Sponges. But I haven't had time to check it out. the buttons are hit and miss based on if they're mods or not. The mods didn't quite materialize fully in the theme. They still all work, but just the buttons look screwy (the ones you mentioned, also the Spoiler and Dice Roll buttons in the post composer). Not sure why, but if you click "next/Previous" it takes you to the bottom of the page, but if you click the page number links on the other side it takes you to the top. so I would say try - instead of clicking "next" instead look over to the lower left and click the page number instead and I think it'll start you at the top of the page instead of at the bottom. We've had requests for a colorwheel in the post composer (something to let people customize font color) there may be a mod for that we can hook up. Worst case scenario we may be able to enable limited HTML in posts, which I think would allow them to mess with their text color. so we got a couple possible solutions to that possibly. Quote

I thought maybe it was the permissions for the board I was posting in, but so far I can't edit/modify in any of the boards I've posted in (FIQR, FFA, Anime). Quote

So new users won't be able to edit their posts until they rank up a bit. but it doesn't take too long. Quote
