Poof Posted February 18, 2022 Posted February 18, 2022 If we’re not counting people like friends and loved ones, then music Like music weed and internet are essential for coping
UwPp Posted February 18, 2022 Posted February 18, 2022 Music and smoking because I usually lose interest in like everything. Like lately.
Vamped Posted February 18, 2022 Posted February 18, 2022 I used to sleep and not eat but I don't have time/quiet or my anxiety won't let me fall all the way asleep.

katt_goddess Posted February 18, 2022 Posted February 18, 2022 Depends on the level of energy I have to deal with the whatever. Lots of 'energy' that needs to be worked out somehow - Super Mario Galaxy 2 on the Wii. Find a planet full of goombas and stomp the planet flat. Respawn and repeat as needed until nap time is possible. There's something calming about sending waddling mushrooms to hell. Not that much energy - maybe watch a Studio Ghibli movie like 'Spirited Away' or 'Howl's Moving Castle' . Kitten videos on youtube are also calming.
Chapinator_X Posted February 18, 2022 Posted February 18, 2022 I wish I knew. It’s hard to get me out of a bad funk, but if I find something funny online or distract myself with games/hentai, I’m able to get over it. For example, I was irrationally pissed this afternoon, but it took reading some dude’s deliberately crappy Mario essay to get me cracking up.
Skiles Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 Watching stand-up, listening to music, taking long aimless walks, watching old wrestling matches I love. When I was in rehab I really took to journaling, but I haven't been doing that as much.
