As long as you haven't committed any crimes, you should be good.

Well I mean I hide the bodies well. I'm more concerned about future criminal activity. I mean a life of crime is pretty far up my list of contingencies, but I can't say it's not on the list.

Obviously, I'm not tanning anytime soon.  The surprises here were that the family story was that my Mom's side came from Ireland (not) and I really did expect a trace of Jewish (not) considering the Catholic Church's "convert to Catholicism or else" policy way back when in Eastern Europe.

See I want to now that it's cheap, but it is a little weird. I'm pretty sure the FBI already has my fingerprints and everything else on file though

so I probably don't have much to lose.

I'd go for it.  It's kind of fun.  They have a good family tree building interface at Ancestry and a way to find matches.

I found a lot of family I never knew I had.

That's really interesting! I was surprised by all my Scottish and Irish.

More fun is trying to find out more about my (semi) rare surname.  In one language, it means Desire.  In another language's slang, Phantom.

That's pretty cool.  Is one language Romance based and one Slavic?
