Ah, melatonin - seratonin? That's the only reason I could think of why melatonin could effect anti-dep/anxiety meds, but obviously I don't know the natural bodily properties of these. Heh. I was skeptical as it was kicking in, then I was just out in such a relaxing way. So while I've only had cbd like 3 or 4 times, I'm inclined to think there may be something to mixing it w/thc for sleep. I intend to explore this theory further when I return to a recreational state. I'd just have to assume sativa if you're not a daily smoker, because as a casual, indica should get you to sleep or at least chill you all the way out so you could easily fall asleep when you need to. But I do know some people have a natural tolerance....or at least I've heard that.
