Sega Genesis Mini is coming Sept. 19

Yeah the first MK was a pretty big deal on Genesis for not being censored during the console wars, it should be on there but not sure how easy WB is to negotiate with to get it.

its a bit more pricey but a much better genesis device. plays all your original games in 720p/1080p with a plethora of options. even comes with a master system adapter and they have announced adapters for the game gear as well. only downside is the control is not included.

My original Genesis died last year and TBH I think I’ll just buy another one instead of this.  They sell for about $15 at the pawn shops around here.  The games are also pretty inexpensive at least the ones I want to play are.

probably the best choice if you own a crt. tho make sure you get one of the good models, genesis were notorious for having lower sound quality on some models.

I remember playing this back when it came out, and wondering why this was a game. I still haven't gotten that answer. It was more or less a ''break'' game for me. Meaning, I'd try it when I was taking a break from an actual decent game.

I only ever played the second, and, yeah. And it's one of those games that just goes on for waaay longer than you expect. The beginning levels were nice and chill, relaxing music, but that's all I ever really saw of it when I was younger. Played later on an emulator with the benefit of save states, and damn, does it get pretty trippy.

I don't really think it's a bad game, though. Fits the bill for a cult classic.

Not an official one.  Those were third party machines from AT Games and were kinda shoddy as a result.  Sega is making this in house.

Just put Truxton on it and we’ll call it even.

Licensing issues(Michael Jackson) have been a problem with Sonic 3, it's not on the PS4/X1/Switch collections either.
