Then I got thrown through a loop when they asked me to say my greatest weakness in one word. Totally flubbed it, couldn't think of anything, and just looked like a dumb-ass. Hope you got one of the jobs! Personally I usually get a gut feeling after interviews as to whether or not I got it. There's only been one time that I thought I sucked at an interview but ended up getting a call-back somehow (probably because it was for a shitty job that I decided mid-interview I didn't really want). It occurred to me to put it in the decorative little folder thing they give you when you graduate but it was raining and I didnt want to mess it up so I left it in the Fedex folder it came in and the lady was like .... I dont know about your warehouse, but I know the Nike Warehouse here has 3 different temp agencies that staff their entire operation.
