Why do you think that is the qualifier when you're talking about food truck food.  But then again, I've seen your cooking......it's like a tug of war with you and pacman so I see why botulism is so appealing.

I think you might be thinking of a different kind of food truck.  They aren't just for construction sites anymore

This sounds like it's similar to carne asada fries here. What are they specifically? Cause carne asada fries don't really interest me, it's just fries with burrito filling on it. I'd rather have a California burrito with the fries in it.

"Hey, I'll have the crab fries but can you serve that up without the fries?""

Also people here disparaging food trucks don't even know. A food truck is occasionally run by a person that can't afford a storefront but wants to share their culinary prowess because they think they're good enough to make money with it. There's a woman that sells burritos out of a cart illegally by the border and border patrol agents buy from her. She gets shut down from time to time but she always comes back.

This particular truck is smart. comes on every payday and people line up for their food. I call my order in so im not waiting in line 20 minutes lol its sooo good.

I love their shrimp tacos...but this summer they have crab fries

A lot of shitty trucks do come out here tho...we have a different truck daily. I guess they book the trucks cuz our lunch break is so short.

I'm totally good with fattening stuff and love fried seafood. The time you got a strong no from me about food was when your avatar was the lobster 'n' waffles pic.

Well if u ever in SC we will track the truck down!

When you say something off a truck is the best dish you've ever had, there is no doubt your scope of the world is as narrow as an ant's asshole

You haven't eaten food from a food truck in philly  or ny then.

I'd eat this. I stopped talking shit about food trucks after Georgia started getting some good ones.

working on it.

this particular area is not food truck friendly. so codes and regulations are way stricter than for brick and mortar.

and then the cost of licences. this area wants you to have a state, county, local, vendor. it's ridiculous.

Food trucks have stricter regulations than a brick and mortar place. So I doubt it's terribly unusual.

Disco's right. Georgia is very shitty about food/alcohol regulations and they become less severe over the years in clusters of cities or counties. Like for example in my city, we have few restaurants besides fast food because you can't sell booze near a church. :( There are churches on almost every goddamn street.

Last time I had them I was in Atlantic City, and even there they're good.

it's crazy how many 'churches' are in my area.

and i would say at least 60% of them, i never see any one there.

and not to mention the methodist churches. my goodness. and did you know, that if the church doesn't pay it's fees to the 'main' church,

that main church will shut down the non paying church. i had never heard this until moving here.

You are so lucky. The small and megachurches around here are super packed, and to avoid getting trapped, you have to get the fuck away from any of them once you see the cops roll out to direct traffic.

I'm not surprised about the fees. Living in the south has left me totally jaded about churches.

oh...there's a wanna~be mega church that has police guiding traffic. this same church hands out food boxes.

70% is usually expired.
