Since my Mom moved in with me (and I stopped eating stuff that made me ill), I'm up about 15 lbs from what I weighed the last few decades.  Funny thing is, with the extra weight, I'm not having as many back problems.

well, i've created a vicious cycle it would seem. i tried the gym to help with the knee, but was in greater pain because of the back. 

so, i would not even walk for a week or two, and eat just stupid. my diet is horrible. i know i don't have the will power to do keto. 

but at the same time, if i don't do something, i'm going to become a painful blob of pain. 

honestly, i'm too young to feel this old.

my annual checkup, i'm TOTALLY volunteering, and even requesting 'hey look, if the military needs and testing on say...

bionic knees. i'm your gal.

I do exercises on my bed(shut up pervs!) while lying down so my back is supported, or lean against a wall while doing exercises with one leg while the other one is stationary on the floor. The latter really helps out my bad knees and ankles.

i actually tried that with 'sit ups' and i do leg lifts while i'm sitting outside. 

the problem is the arthritis is running rampant through my body. it's like, the v.a. gave me all this shit that was supposed to help, 

but honestly, i feel worse~which is why i returned all the meds. 4 different pain meds that didn't do shit, except make my body ache more,

with that added bonus of 'rot gut'.

right....I mean I've never weighed this much in my life, 180....I feel so stable

i was so bummed, because that was helping. i stretch now, and remember the breathing, etc, and apply it daily.

Did you ever try the yoga fix 90 on youtube?

It's beginner level and the instructor is good...it'll build you up at a steady pace from week to week and you can do it on your time...

i have not. but...i will now. thank you. 

while i babysit my lil dude, i walk around the complex at least 2x.  it's about a 15 minute walk each round. 

 and then we get on the floor and stretch. well..i try, he uses me as a jungle gym. -___-

whenever you can get it in...however you can get it in

I hate working out, especially since I lost any real purpose for it, but I just put on some angry music and get through it....healthier way to manage stress than my other methods >.>

absolutely. i do try and walk as much as i can. but, well, i have good days, and bad days.
