when you hit someone in the back its always your fault because. you should maintain enough distance for them to stop suddenly. phillies do you have a license?

But what if YOU slammed on the breaks then what?

Waifu drives me around. I am protected by air bags.

its already high. its higher than my entire car payment for a previous car.

do i have to tell my insurance company?  its not my fault.

Well that would depend on your state rules

I mean I have the highest car insurance

Edit;

Found a link https://www.insure.com/press-room/2017-most-least-car-insurance-rates-by-state.html

Used to be the case.

Insurance companies lots of times will investigate those now, if it seems like road rage or careless driving was a factor... AKA brake checking, or short-stopping because the person who was rear-ended was trying to text and drive, for example.

i was rearended in 2010. the paint dude asked to repaint the whole car. shady af.

That is way too expensive.

Unless it came out a different color, They probably said it to make them sound good, then color-matched it and detailed the outside to make it look repainted.

whelp the police deemed her at fault. now it'll be a pain in the ass trying to get my car fixed when i work 8:30-5pm during all normal business hours.. ugh. even more aggravating trying to get in touch with her adjuster while im at work all day taking calls and cant talk to her. ugh.

i have to go to the dmv during my lunch to turn in the police report or my license will be suspended. luckily, i actually work in the same building as the dmv.. heh.. just gotta drive over to their side of the building during my lunch... still a hassle cuz i wont be able to eat and i hate doing customer service hungry.

ah well... they better cut me a fat check or im suing for pain, suffering and missed wages.

Everything about what you said is stupid:

It'll be easy getting your car fixed. An adjuster will come and give you an estimate while you're at work. Just about any insurance company will do so.
You can get a loaner while your car is getting fixed, so you aren't going to have downtime. YOU not being able to eat? Pfffft. Your 372 pounds tells me that statement is a lie.

You haven't missed wages, either. Don't even try that bullshit.

yup and the car event data recorder computer will tell them all they need to know about your driving at the time
