None of us are giants of the UEMB like he is, though.

Even Ginguy has to be at least a little excited to see how Trump dodges the death penalty on this one. (Kidding, I know he's not up on Treason... yet.)

Not just classified. Top Secret classified.

I would hope Garland is smarter than that. They might be aliases.

His only play was going to be an attempt to gaslight everyone involved in the search warrant execution. Even Trump could see that MSM was going to start releasing some damning details even before the judge lifted the seal.

That's different than "sign of an out of control pandemic." If you wanted an actual sign that the pandemic was out of control, then you had the forced shutdowns, outdoor operations and curfews. The logical flaw is that lack of control is registered in how many previously open spaces stop being accessible. By comparison, the mask mandate was always a best practice requirement that reflected the nature of COVID transmission and, specifically, it's high transmission rate. At no point, were COVID vaccines ever going to replace the need for a mask.

That's an absurd misappropriation that was propagated in the early stages of the pandemic by elements seeking to tie-in government overreach. They were never a "sign" of anything until bad actors chose to make them so, and there is no reason why that particular psychosis should continue to perpetuate now that we know better.

I lost it when he said "I thought that was fair-minded of me." Has anyone other than a white dude ever used the term "fair-minded?"

I probably said something to the effect that masks are here to stay, and I still believe it. Not catching a cold or the flu every year is a good enough reason for me to continue wearing the mask inside for the foreseeable future, but, at the same time, I think businesses haven't done nearly enough to normalize mask wearing masks in their establishment. Usually, they're the first to moan and bitch when mask requirements are threatened but they rarely make wearing masks inside a positive experience.

Yes, I still wear a mask indoors in public, and usually I’m the only one.

Hopefully.... A Guy Fawkes kind of holiday.

Well, those are haunting.

I like the move. He not only did it in a very public way, he preempted all the soap operas so the magatards don't get their shows in the process.

Can't understate the heroic struggle he undertook right up to the end, even if it's heartbreaking to think about. Thanks to him, there are a lot more people who have an understanding about their own health that they didn't have before.

If i recall correctly, Amtrak doesn't own any track. They frequently have issues with being on-schedule for this reason. More importantly, freight traffic tends to take up 70-80% of the traffic on those lines, especially the closer you get to a major terminal, like a port. Traffic in the Los Angeles area is heavily congested just by the sheer number of cargo containers that are being shipped out from the Port of LA and Long Beach.

I don’t think we’ll know until they actually announce charges.
